Beyond expert facilitation and consultation, RCI offers curated presentations, technical assistance, and resources, including information about the broader context of care, which can present significant barriers to caregiver employees.
While instituting workplace support for caregiver employees is important, structural changes beyond the workplace will be necessary to effect meaningful change. To that end, RCI is also working with employers to call for public policy changes at the state and federal levels so that caregivers may be seen and supported in all the ways they deserve.
